This project started when a friend came to me. Her mother was trying to help her sister-in-law who wasn't doing well and was in care. The manufactured home was put on the property some 40 years prior under a hardship, but they were preparing the property for sale and the county told them, the hardship no longer exists so the building needs to be removed before the property can be sold. They had a permit already from the county already, so I took care of the removal of the building as well as locating and decommissioning the septic tank. Start to finish only took about a week. I separated out all the wood debris from the rest of the materials and loaded everything into dumpsters. The manufactured home was roughly 28'x50' and I was able to get it to fit into (2) 40 yd dumpsters.
